hows everyone doing?

I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.
Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

He probably asked that because the word “toxic” is so extremely over used these days that it could literally mean anything to anyone. Basically “I don’t like it so it’s toxic!”
When the word first hit the mainstream vernacular it meant something, but now it’s lost all gravitas.
My former controller often asked in interviews, “What do you dislike about your current job?” to see if the response is handled professionally rather than as a venting session. There is no right answer to your question. An overly polished ‘ toxic’ positivity also appears fake
That definitely sounds like a tough interview. The constant interruptions and jumping around could’ve been a pressure test or just an interviewer with poor skills. Asking you to define “toxic” might’ve been to gauge your perspective or see how you handle tricky questions. Trust your gut.. did the vibe feel off?
Yes, he even interrupted me when I was going to further explain toxic because I was not going to just give a short word without explaining
Based on the vibe he brings, my first instinct is that he is going to have a style around the toxicity, which is what we feel about toxic environment in general without the exaggeration, and he is testing where is my tolerance limit. That’s probably a red flag to me but maybe I was been too negative and dark thinking in that way.

What are the common questions you might encounter when applying for your first accounting internship?
As far as I remembered for internship it’s all about behavior questions, show your skills relevant to the role gained from your past experience even it’s from school projects. Show your humbleness, how you report your status or communicate with upper levels and ability to learn. They normally just need the interns to have a good attitude, honest and go along well with other team members.
