Got an offer for Media Supervisor for $75K plus $5K bonus.

I really liked the company, job, and team, but feel that I'm being low balled. Recruiter is firm on salary. Thoughts?

I’ve always hear to ALWAYS negotiate your salary. What if they give you the middle of the salary range that you mentioned to the recruiter? Do you still negotiate for more and if so, by how much?

Any idea on the compensation bump from audit senior to manager? Dallas area. It’s always been sold as the first significant bump in pay (and the carrot a lot of people chase), but worried about that going away given the pandemic. Just curious about the typical bump.

I just graduated from college this year and I’ve been blessed to receive several job offers. I obtained my dream job, but the salary as an entry level employee isn’t very sufficient. I received an offer for a remote position, so I was wondering if it would be possible to manage two full time jobs at the same time if one is remote and the other was on site. Of course, I would make both employers aware and seek permission. I would really appreciate the community’s thoughts on this.

Have you had to change your start date after accepting an offer and how did it go? I told them I need to give 30 day notice and so I set my start date (incorrectly) assuming the background check and drug screen would take a few days to clear. However, the drug screen is now taking over a week and a half (still not finished, maybe tomorrow). Apparently things are much slower due to staffing issues and labs are backed up. It’s cutting into my 30 day notice significantly. Thoughts?
