Got an offer from BDO for a manager position in valuations, but net effect on salary is essentially a 5k uplift including the cash benefit. Any thoughts on work life balance and culture (anyone from BDO would be great)

I'm a senior in Big 4 AAS but looking to switch to a different AAS group because I'm tired of doing audit support... Would it look bad to go from one big 4 to a different advisory group after a year?
