Role : Java App Support Analyst
Tech stack : Java,Linux,SQL,ITIL, Jenkins
Current CTC : 5.7LPA
I have offer from Marsh : 14.LPA fixed + 10% variable
BOA is offering 13.5 LPA Fixed+ 1.5 JB
However, BOA is giving DOJ as 7 Novemeber.

Once your loan to value (LTV) ratio becomes less than 80% you can stop paying PMI.
If you are planning to refi, you want the new appraised value to be anything above $537,500 for the loan amount of $430,000.

Yes, if your house appraises high enough during the refi you won’t have to pay pmi. Depending on how much the house appraises for, you can probably put some extra money in during the refi to bring the LTV under 80 percent to avoid the pmi.

When you say, "just heard .." are you implying that you were made aware of this feature (which has been the norm for at least 15 years or so) or you think this is a new rule that lenders are enforcing now?
Yes, you need your LTV to be lower than 80% (most lenders consider 78%) for your PMI to be removed.
