Got an offer from McKinsey, but just learned that my new base salary at EY will be the same as McK is offering. Should I negotiate with McK? Do they normally negotiate the offer or is it leave it or take it?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
