Got an offer to work as Solution Architect for Salesforce. I love the company, been working with it for the past 6 years, but I’m afraid as I have a baby on the way, and tech industry doesn’t seem too stable lately. I’ve been working in Pharma for the past 8 years, there are no layoffs, benefits are fine, but I just can’t take working any longer in here, as I hate what I’m working with. However, I’d leave “client side” to “consultant side”. Thoughts?
