Got first offer from TCS 13.5(12 fixed) ctc and second from capgemini 16 ctc (all fixed). Does TCS consider matching salary? I have total 4.10 year of exp in iOS (my criteria: ctc, wfh, onsite)
TCS pros: onsite chances are high, good employee policies, work from home flexibility, decent hike at the time of appraisal
TCS cons: low ctc
Capgemini pros: high ctc
Capgemini cons: no hike after joining, compulsory work from office, many people are crying to get onsite
