One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.

In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. The Bank section only lists HDFC, Axis and Standard Chartered while I hold none of these and raised a concern with the recruiter.

Can't I use my existing bank's account?
