What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
Anyone on pros and cons of A&M PEPI group?
Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

For me personally, GT was in the secondary market I wanted to live in. It was much easier to get hired at GT instead of the handful true big law firms there. Eventually I made the move though. But I needed that experience at GT to make the move.

I'm a sadist. I just loved being screamed at for not knowing something I had no possible way of knowing, having things thrown at me, and not being paid the same as everyone else. 🤷🏽♀️
Holy shit.

Posts like this make me feel thankful that I turned down that GT offer two years ago in favor of my present firm.
12 full months before I stopped having regularly PTSD responses. Still having them intermittently, but they’re not as regular. They’ve scrubbed all their DEI. So much for peddling their self proclaimed identity as the diversity firm.
Honestly for me it's mainly job security. This firm celebrates its long term employees (staff and lawyers) in a way I haven't seen or heard of at other big shops. I'm confident that if my hours slip (and by that I mean sub 1600), I'll have people who will help me get in track (if that's what I want) rather than give me a surprise layoff. I've talked with people who were with GT through 2008, and I was here through COVID. I make less, but I'm not worried about being fired. Besides job security, the firm does encourage and support entrepreneurship as far as where you get your hours. There are a *lot* of people here with consistent work outside of the rain makers, and working for them is not the pressure cooker I had with the rain makers (or that my friends describe at other big shops). I have a designated practice group, but I'm also a lawyer capable of doing many lawyerly tasks for other practice groups, which keeps my plate filled and my days not boring. And lastly, the devil you know...

How long have you been with GT? It's really difficult for them to keep a lid on these issues but a lot of the long-term employees have family ties to someone. There's a partner who hired her own son into her group and we couldn't figure out how half of our juniors got through the door until we saw that they were all invited to a family wedding for Bruce Marsh's family, which then explained a lot of performance issues and entitled attitudes!
It used to be one of the only games in town in Miami.
Never realized it was that bad across the board.

Gotta hand it to them! They have created a consistent cross-office culture!
Wow. Does it really have that reputation? I was considering a TX posting….

Search Greenberg and GT in the bowls. Then search "Greenberg and Supreme Court Justice House" and "Greenberg Partner Wife Cancer" on Google for the full picture of where their integrity and culture is at.
The only person I know at GT is in a niche practice that very few firms have. No idea why anyone would work there if not in a niche practice or small market.
Been at GT for 7 years in one of the firms premier practices. This has not been my experience at all. I also have been paid market every year. Honestly shocking to read these posts.
