How many of you are still Working from Home? Is WFO is not mandatory for everyone?

I know it’s nearing the end of mandatory WFH, but I’m currently still home 3-4 days a week. Really struggling with staying on task without people around. Is anyone willing to do a few hours of FaceTime during the day to body double for each other?

I have all my licenses (SIE-6-63) which companies are allowing employees (Specially CSR) to work from home? I want to see what my options are because I want to be able to go the office when I want to, not because I have to. Thanks!

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. That said getting to know people only remote has been kind of awkward at times (email only can be tough to decipher) although as a working mom the pros vastly outweigh the cons. I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA . 

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline .

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?
