We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. As a junior associate at a boutique firm, one of my biggest stressors is navigating how involved partners want me to be on their cases. I offer to do things and communicate what I’m working on, but I worry that I’m overstepping by assuming it’s ok for me to work on stuff without first being asked. Advice? Can anyone relate?

Sometimes, if I’m woken up in the middle of a really deep sleep, it will take me a few minutes to remember basic facts about my life (like where I am, the name of my SO, etc). The rest of my memory is fine, but this seems a little odd - namely because I rarely hear of anyone else sleeping this deeply without sleep aids. I’ll bring it up with my doctor during my next check up, but I’d like to do some research first. Google yields nothing. Has anyone heard of this - or have ideas where to search?

Well it’s been heck of a week. Rejected from two start ups, but I guess after enough rejection, I just don’t feel for it anymore. Could be a good or a bad thing. Lesson learned though, I have been chasing payout of joining rather than sitting down and figuring out what I like to do and then focusing on opportunities in that area.
