At tiger I'm managing a team with little to no IC work and working remotely, at jpmc I'll get 50:50 IC & people management work with Hybrid wfo, tiger will give hike in Jan expecting 20% raise , jpmc gave 44% on current, is it a bad move or shall I delay the acceptance of offer?

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). Stocks $24k vested over 3yr
Overall yearly is coming around 38LPA

In GS my current fixed is only 13LPA but got bonus of 3lk last yr on a prorated basis as i joined only last yr may.
