Guys, is jpmc a better place to switch to after tiger analytics, With 9 years of exp? At tiger I'm managing a team with little to no IC work and working remotely, at jpmc I'll get 50:50 IC & people management work with Hybrid wfo, tiger will give hike in Jan expecting 20% raise , jpmc gave 44% on current, is it a bad move or shall I delay the acceptance of offer?
