Can someone advice what is a good pay scale of a senior consultant in Deloitte UK and Deloitte Netherlands??

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...

I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far!
