Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?
I’m exhausted from interviewing and caseing 🥵

Just talked to a recruiter looking for someone with 5 years of IAM experience for an entry level sales position. These people are insane.

What's the IAM company?
@beyondtrust That sounds like they are vetting for technical skills! I would show them your ability to fully understand a technical concept quickly
You have to keep in mind that the recruiters don’t make the job qualifications themselves. They receive them from their boss or the hiring manager. If they rule you out, it could be that they thought you were great but their manager did not.
The pool is full of applicants … why settle with good while there might be best in the pool …
I always learned, good isn’t good enough …
Flooded labour market right now chock full of competent, highly experienced candidates.
Honestly everyone has high standards becuase salaries have gone up so much that people are just trying to get maximum value. It sucks, it definitely feels like interviewing comes with way more pressure than before
Y’all need to start wordsmithing then.
