Had an initial conversation with a recruiter who reached out from AWS. When she discussed compensation structure, etc. it seemed like they don’t really pay all that well. 160k base cap? Seems odd. Anyone have any insight into how well AWS will pay in an Engagement Manager role?

When calculating YOE, if you are working 2 jobs, can you double count those years? For reference, I’ve been an Army Reserves officer for the last 5 years since coming off active duty, and spend about 30-40 hours per month (outside of 2-4 week annual training) on that job.
