Had an interview with MBB yesterday. They reached out to me. Yet, the woman said "I'm not sure you're eligible since you have military reserve obligations"...brush it off as ignorance? Or move on?

I had to decline a first round interview after resume submission with another Big 4 because I wanted to talk with my current employer first + had some relocation issues/decisions to deal with. Depending on how the conversation with my current firm goes, I would like to move on. How long would i have to wait to submit resume to the same team/company, and would they even reconsider me? Max I can wait is prob about 6-7months..
