Had initial interview with a big tech company. They asked if I had a past presentation (completely scrubbed) I could share with them. It is to get a better sense of my work product. A bit hesitant to send anything I worked on for a previous client or internal initiative, even if it is scrubbed. Thoughts?

When I'm job searching on Indeed, some postings are from recruitment firms trying to hire on the behalf of clients. Said clients are never identified, which I find odd. Is this common? Is it a red flag or green flag for a prospective job?

I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

With the ultimate goal of moving completely out of ID, would this be seen as a step up? I appreciate any and all feedback. TIA

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

Last month I changed my employer to a new one with proper exit process and have got new H1B approved petition. But today I received a notification from USCIS that there is a change in status for the Receipt number (belons to Old employer) and status says "Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It, On February 15, 2022, we received your correspondence for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? I’m trying to strategically declare search so I can have a backup offer and use my time to find something better, but I want to make sure that I don’t get in trouble lol. It’s also difficult to multitask finding a job and working on studies since you’re around the clock.
