I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

I haven’t filled out the updated work history background check info yet. The reason for termination was due to performance expectations not being met.
