Has anyone been offered a retention bonus? Our company is losing a key leader and owner wants me to stick around. I don’t know how much to expect or how it works.

Retention bonus you will sign a contract for x years (mine was 1yr) and dependent on the company they will distribute the money in one quarter and then the 2nd half the next. For my company it was Q2 Oct and Q4 March . For how much depends how much they have in budget and how big the company is.

I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?

I have just received an offer letter from Protiviti mentioning I am an "at-will" meaning they can terminate me at any time for no given reason.

I received an offer from a Series B startup that includes equity in the form of 25,000 warrants instead of ISOs or RSUs (which I have experience with). Has anyone come across this type of offer before? Are there pros/cons to consider when comparing warrants to ISOs/RSUs? Are warrants something to be cautious about?
