It's worth a shot I think, especially if you are looking to go in house. Anything that saves recruiters time will be used. If nothing else it should get you notified of new openings that much more quickly than the ppl who don't sign up and register. Being "in the system" is always a bit better than being out of it.
I want to say I have twice but can’t recall the first time. Second time it led to an interview but no offer. It wasn’t in-house though. As long as it’s not making a cover letter, do it.
Well, I’m a CW, so cover letters sorta come with the territory. I spent some time up front putting a template together, so it’s not that hard to tweak for each individual company at this point.
