Bear in mind, most companies have zero strategy when interviewing and there is not extensive “training” for interviews since the panel consists of the real people you will most likely be working with and for. They want to see how you think (linear/non-linear), how you respond to various scenarios (emotional maturity), that you can do the job with little to no help (are you actually qualified), and if they can put up with your personality everyday (culture fit). It is not always about delivering the textbook/scripted answers.

I wouldn’t ask for the questions ahead of time, but you could ask if there’s anything you should prepare. Sometimes they’ll offer a little bit of insight into what kind of questions will be asked without telling you exactly what the questions are.
It doesn't work that way, though the idea is interesting. That concept could have been a great Seinfeld episode. For a lot of jobs the interview questions are really to gauge how you think on your feet, so advance questions wouldn't really work. That's why it's possible to overprepare for an interview, if you sound like you're rattling off memorized answers it will likely work against you.
