Hello Deloitte 🐠 20 YOE. Have referral for a content and marketing M role in cybersecurity -- the focus of my career pivot. Submitted my application today, but my referrer isn't in Cyber. Interested to widen my Deloitte Cyber network to get my resume in front of a human, since ATS has no vision or imagination. If you're willing to connect, please DM. So far, made it several interview rounds into roles with EY and Accenture. Optimistic, but want to be as proactive as possible. Thanks!

why there is so much to learn for java developer ? Cracking interview is tough. You need be wellversed with all the things in world database devops java with its n no of versions DSA cloud and list goes on.You are not expected to do a single mistake in interview and after all this struggle you will not be working on greenfield projects.I personally feel its too much to prepare for interviews and many rejections will follow before selection.
Please post your optimistic approach.

What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.
What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

You're not going to find recruiters in the traditional sense, for the government. You may be able to find expedited hiring at different hiring events, like at schools or military installations, where a hiring manager and hr specialist will review your qualifications on the spot and provide a tentative offer.
But essentially, except for excepted positions or direct hire authority, for example, the process is all the same. You find a job of interest on USAJobs, apply, wait, maybe get referred to the manager, maybe interview, wait, tentative offer, background check, maybe firm offer. All this tends to take several months, but individual mileage may vary, of course.
Of course, there are coaches, groups, and experts out there that can help you maximize your chances at getting through the process, e.g. resume tailoring, interview help, salary negotiation, etc. Recommended you start by joining a Facebook group called Fedfam: resources for federal employees and contractors.
No worries at all; I'm always happy to help. Ask away
As cliché as it sounds!!! Network on LinkedIn!!!!
Additionally, when you ask “Find a government job?” Are you Referring to working for a federal agency as a contractor or as a civil service employee?
Thanks! That’s a good idea. I have been on linked in, but I will do more to reach out to network with others. Regarding your question, I am referring to both civil service and contractors. I would definitely be willing to consider both.
A lot of friends use recruiters for their lines of work (legal, etc.), but I haven’t found any firms that specialize in government employment or contracting.
