1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

As a junior should I put social in my book? Have two other bigger projects but not sure if I need to show more work for my next step.

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help?
