Has anyone exacted revenge on a guy who wronged them? I’m not talking anything sinister, legal revenge of course. A guy on hinge matched me just to tease me, then blocked me. I was really annoyed by some of the things he said. He thinks he’s a big deal. I know who he is in real life, and where he lives and works. I’m thinking of at least reaching out to him to say what I want to say because after he did this he blocked me before I could rightfully respond. He made fun of me in several ways.

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I’m not sure if he’s changing the meaning or isn’t communicating what he’s envisioning or what but it’s embarrassing to be called out like that, and to have people think you’re the dumb 23 year old.

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. No explanation just kicked out. Advice?
