Has anyone exited from tech implementation to a FAANG+ type company in a project management role? Would love to discuss further. I have 2 YoE tech implementation experience, not particularly unhappy where I am, but feel like I’ll start to hit a plateau at my current firm and would love to transition into tech industry role in 2-3 years. Is project management even the right type of role for my background I’m not even sure?

Few tips for looking at exits:

1) Referrals are a huge tool for getting your foot in the door. At Facebook it guarantees that atleast your resume is given more than a glance.

2) A well constructed story/resume can offset any weak points in your experience
