At the time I was offered the position my main concern was lack of guidance/support from leadership. Now, a year later I have experience being in a role with limited over site (not as scary as I initially thought it would be) and feel confident I would excel in the role I rejected. My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro.
