Has anyone faced this situation before?
I cleared all three rounds and BGV in Capgemini.
Now HR says they are waiting for the hiring manager’s budget approval and will update whether they can move forward with my profile or not.

Is this common? What usually happens in this stage?

Brand new into my career and I’m trying to juggle wanting to max my 401k, Roth IRA, and HSA, while also saving for a down payment on a house!
