Has anyone gone through a staffing/talent agency to get a job? I have experience in data engineering and am targeting principal data engineer to sr manager roles and I'm a little bored with what LinkedIn lists in my area. Curious to hear if a talent/staffing agency would be any better

How do you guys handle working with a staff accountant who just completely ignores you when you delegate work down to them, and who gives you an attitude all the time? If I send an email, I also have to follow up with her on teams multiple times, and hope after a few hours she actually does what she says she will do. I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours.
