Seeing some posts on layoffs in barclays. Is it true and which category of Employees will fall in that list.

So, lay off until the pandemic blows over.

Have an offer to start at Deloitte in July in Org Transformation consulting. If it doesn’t get pushed out because of the virus, is it a good time to switch firms in July? Concerned that layoffs may be imminent if I am so new to the firm. I will be coming in at the Consultant level if that matters.

@PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. Don't fall trap in the brand name @PWC.

Hi, received an offer from another Big4 in Amsterdam (currently working in Eastern Europe), but relocating, I’m concerned about potential layoffs in the coming period being the last to join the team.

What is a good interview answer for leaving a job after a few months when the real reason is that you’re sleeping with one eye open in hopes of not being on the chopping block after two rounds of massive layoffs? Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes.
