I was interviewed in Feb this year and was confirmed verbally by Oracle. Also sent docs for BGV. Later was told that the position went into freeze due to budget constraints, and will be lifted in 3rd week of May. Now HR is asking to wait until 2nd week of June. I have joined KPMG in June 2021 & it's been more than a year. The performance cycle here is Oct-Sept. I haven't spoken to my manager regarding hike during performance review assuming it will be given automatically post one year completion. Now I feel I should've discussed this before. I got selected in KPMG and getting a good 70% hike but i think i lowballed myself when the HR once again asked yesterday if i'm okay with the package. I immediately said i'm okay as they already accepted my initial quote and pushing them for more would be a greedy move.

Can we expect 80% hike after 6 months in the current organization. I'm not actually planning to move out because of of hike, but because of the project which I got in which I'm not comfortable with. I recently got an offer from DBS bank, there they have promised to pay 3,00,000 as one time relocation allowance.

Two things i want to know,
1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?
2. Inorder to encash this amount does it require require to submit any proofs or what's the process ?
