Has anyone had an offer rescinded due to a background check issue and then had it reinstated after submitting corrected documentation? I’m specifically interested in whether the company completed a secondary review after receiving updated records. I’m not looking for legal advice—just wondering if anyone has gone through a similar process.
The role is as a driver and there was a duplicate speeding charge from almost 5 years ago that has since been removed by the background check company.

6 years ago her husband/my step dad was killed suddenly and tragically. He had a man cave room that she has not touched since. It is beyond filthy, unsanitary and poor living conditions.
