The market is bad so a lot of people are going to try and sell you services to help with job hunting and resumes. There are a lot of these companies and they are expensive, which in my opinion is a bit predatory when you know some people are desperate.
However, they can help. If you have the money and think it's worth the money for them to polish your resume, apply to jobs for you and receive some basic coaching, that's for you to decide. But there's no placement guarantee, no refunds, and they can't network for you, so you still have to do some of the work on your own. Just my opinion here again... if I put in a bit of extra time I can do most of this for free. There are so many free resources where you can accomplish most of this, but time is the main resource to consider with that.

Never heard of them. I would be curious to know, if they ever placed any candidates.
Yes, I’ve heard of them.
I’ve heard from hiring managers that they will get 20 applicants with the same form letters, form emails, and form linked in messages that show they’re likely using the same AI recruiting service. Cant say if it’s relentless or something else, but those services have no incentive to actually differentiate you from any of their other clients.
When they initially came to market, they were charging $10k per job search. So they had every incentive to help you land a job and move on to helping other candidates.
I believe they now charge a monthly subscription fee, right? So they actually have a negative incentive to help you find a job fast.
