I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

I had carpal tunnel surgery many years ago. Go see your doctor/ preferably an orthopedic doctor. They will lead you to determine it’s a worksman comp claim or not based on your injury. Seeing the right doctor is key so they can tell you what steps to take. Mine was definitely a work related injury. Repetitive stress injury is what causes carpal tunnel. Good luck
I would definitely get examined by a doctor before filing that claim.

Do you have health insurance through your agency? I would recommend purchasing a proper ergonomic mouse and a prop for your feet so that your seated position is improved. In the past I have asked to be reimbursed for these purchases (mouse and keyboard) and the company agreed to it. A bit easier pill to swallow than filing a complaint/claim for $$. Talk to HR about it, see what they say.
I honestly don't think I will, just wanted to see people's thoughts.
The only people that I know of at my company who have gotten any sort of compensation or accommodation have been VP level and above. Everyone else has left. And we have some pretty crappy insurance for those below VP level.
Yeah that’s a bit ridiculous and you might want to evaluate where you’re working. It may make more sense to jump shops or go freelance if you can.
