Has anyone interviewed at Block/Square/Cash App? I’ve been told it’s a 6 step interview process, but I’m concerned that it’s 3 weeks between the recruiter screen to HM interview… is this normal?

Any Perth 🐠s? I’m supposed to go back to US next week but given all that’s happening over there, I’m wondering if I should delay going back.. I realize things will get bad here too though. Thoughts?

The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
