Has anyone interviewed at Microsoft recently for a non-PM role in strategy/business development? Any tips on how the interview process goes, what to look out for, etc. I’ve heard there may not be as many “difficult” questions compared to a PM or technical role.

I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented.
