Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Former Deloitte HC and Accenture T&O here. I couldn't be happier with the decision. I guess you have to define "step down", but I got a nice pay bump, really cool projects, fun coworkers, and I am home every night. All pluses for me.
If you are into status and firm rankings, we probably aren't for you. If you are into the work while enjoying some WLB, we would love to have you!
We are growing really well, and our Org Effectiveness practice has a strong pipeline.
@SC1 - any idea what base salary offer to anticipate from Slalom for an OE Analyst role? Coming in with 4.5+ years internal HR experience in non-profit, have a master's but not in HR/business.
I don’t really understand what happened in this thread, but it got really negative really quickly. I think most people who are at Slalom came here to love their work AND their lives; I can say I do both. I make a comparable salary to my peers (honestly I think I received a greater opportunity to move up faster due to being at a smaller firm), and generally am excited by the type of work we sell. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you, but the people I know who work for Slalom are happier than the people I know from other companies. 🤷♀️
Chi is one of our biggest offices - they definitely do
Which office? And do you mean the Org Effectiveness practice? I’m in OE so can speak to that - however every office is very different in terms of experience and pipeline. Will say many of my colleagues (across practices) are from Deloitte and have had positive things to say
i visited their office in Philadelphia. I wouldnt call it a step down. i think its just different. more like industry job than consulting.
Agree, build isn’t really consulting but they pair well with the local model to execute
