I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? I just got an invite for a 4th interview.
Hired as an experienced consultant. Didn’t have a case study interview. Had my screen call with recruiter to learn more about my background. Had 3 interviews back to back which consisted of behavioral, technical (nothing like a technical test but more asking about the technical work I’ve done at my last job) and the last interview with a Managing Director.

3 rounds as SC. First HR/general interview with another SC and HR manager. Second, case study + director. Third, partner.
Yes. They dropped Case Study. Hired Q4 2021. May apply to lower level hires, but was told in my interview it was no longer.
I had call with first screener, who reached out over LinkedIn. Followed by call with recruiter. Was about a 2-3 week gap, between screener and recruiter. Then, 3 rounds, back to back, over 1.5 hrs. First was overview of Deloitte and measure of your compatibility, 2nd more technical review of background, 3rd w/ Director and who are you.

Usually, if I am not convinced about the candidates communication skills I refer them to a case study.
After screening and first round interview, there’s a written assessment (1hr), case study prep (1hr), case study interview (1hr) and director interview (1hr) - seems a lot of an experienced hire?
Interviewed last month and I had HR screening +3 rounds . 1st was an hour chat about experience and behavioural , 2nd was 2.5 hours - case study + behavioural, 3 was a chat with the director / partner
