I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. OCS 🐠 - I hear there's been a culture change, is OCS more than just "screwing in Oracle" and how's it going? Are experienced hire managers respected when coming from large competitors?
