I included my middle name within the “given name” section of my DS-160. But didn’t include my middle name in the visa appointment website (just included name and surname) do you think this will be an issue at my appointment? I am not able to edit this info on the appointment site.

I and my fiancé (both valid H1 visa holders) got married a week back in India. We will be traveling soon back to USA. Is it advisable to get my marriage registered here in India or would it be recommended to register that in US once we travel back?
