What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

I interviewed for their sales team and then an industry expert role. Both processes were ok. Mostly just behavioral interviews with the hiring manager and future colleagues

Compensation is good - esp for MBB types. Base salary is solid… upside of bonus can be very good. They’ll throw stock at you but it’s worthless until they truly ipo … strike price is prob like 3.99 or something and grants are 20k-40k units at a director type level.
BUT - the culture is awful (truly toxic), benefits are a joke (esp compared to MBB), and no sense of job security as they fire people all the time.
If you are interested in the SC APS/planning space - look at Kinaxis ahead of o9 - their culture is a bit more robust and they seem to be winning a lot of work.
As for the o9 interview process - it’s a joke compared to MBB. If you did the typical MBB interviews you can crush the o9 interview easy. For sales/AE roles - it’s prob 3-4x 30min interviews asking why o9, who can you call in your network to open an opportunity, what’s your experience in selling/closing, etc. For IS roles (expert types) it’s a bunch of 30min calls for fit and a 1h “case/panel” interview where they give you some scenario and tell you to come sell the o9 solution to them as the panel of client CxOs. It’s a pretty bad layout and quite odd but any MBB consultant can crush it easily.
