Has anyone worked for Mattermost. How is it in terms of work life balance and working culture?

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. Additionally, I'm worried whether Innosight's exit opportunities are slimmer than IBM. Would anyone have some advice on what I should pick / how I should think about this?

As a law student interested in going into the field I’ve seen a lot of negative comments saying that only lawyers who couldn’t get into big law go into PA. Although I know most people try to get into big law initially, it is very competitive and many don’t stay past 2-3 years. You certainly don’t make as much going into PA as a lawyer but the pay is certainly not bad and the WLB is generally much better. Can anyone speak to how they got into PA and if you would rather be working in Big Law

What's the best time to do an MBA (to have a good chance getting accepted for M7)?
I have a bachelor's and master's degree, have 1.5 years professional experience in internships (mostly consulting) and 1.5 years full time experience (PwC consulting). Just turned 26. So if I apply now I'd start with 27 and having a total of 4 years of professional experience.
Should I apply now to start an MBA in 2022 or wait an additional year?
