How much do strategy directors make these days?
“People in Toronto are really loving this billboard right now.” Why? Just why, NFA? I’m not sure what I’m more upset about, the creative or the obvious attempt to make a bland piece of creative something people care about by pushing advertorials about that bland creative that makes it sound like the next coming of Benetton.
“I was pleasantly surprised, though because I'm cis gender and a boomer. “ says Boomer that’s actually a 28 year old social media manager. https://www.blogto.com/city/2022/10/people-toronto-loving-billboard-right-now/

Not enough experience IMO. Don't count internships, you probably need 1.5-2 more years of full time experience.
I wouldn’t worry about yrs of experience, you should be good. Worry more about the story of why you want to get into the mba program. That is what will set you apart.
4-6 years of full time work experience is the sweet spot. Less is ok if you were in the military. And non-corporate work like Teach for America and such count toward work experience.
If you want to apply for next fall you gotta get the ball rolling. Between letters or rec, gmat and filtering down the schools that are best fit; you have your work cut out. Also getting in the first round is key to having a higher hit ratio. 3-5 years of work experience is fine with evidence of progression. No harm in applying this year. Best advice I have received is to visit the schools and talk to as many students as you can that are currently attending.
Start gathering referrals and taking the GMAT now (: be ready to apply next fall
