I have never worked there, but I have been on the opposite side of them. The turnover seems very high. I wouldn't say they have a great reputation amongst the defense community. I've heard there is some sort of panel or committee that determines settlement amounts, and you don't have much control or something crazy like that. I'd say there are probably better Plaintiff’s firms out there, if that's what you are looking for.
Hi, you are commenting in the wrong bowl. This is about legal work.
Much better plaintiff firms out there. They are big, but earlier comment is correct that their hands are often tied on settlement amounts, which makes mediation a waste of time frequently. They overload on cases and often many will sit without any movement. I have had many where opposing counsel won't return an email or phone call, and several cases are plagued by motions to compel over discovery issues that shouldn't be an issue given clear prevailing law or rules. The list goes on.
I used to work there as an attorney. All I can say is stay away from them. Unless you have connections to those at the top, it’s not the place to be. There is extreme high turnover at M&M and they know it too. Let me know if you have any questions.
I wonder if we worked together when I was there but this is 100% true. It’s just the name with them, that’s it and all.
Try Lanza Law Firm. You will like them a whole lot better! Trust me on this!
Which county are you in try Farah & Farah you have an opportunity to grow and work with other attorneys that help you in the right direction to move cases it’s not a competition at all! Let me know if you are interested
I have but obviously not as an attorney so I can’t say from that aspect but I agree. There are better plaintiff firms.
