Hi fishes...
Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂
Thanks in advance!

In-house roles are still hard to come by, and comp packages have taken a nose-dive. My former employer who laid off our team last year just posted a senior recruiter role that reads like three full time recruiter jobs and an HRBP all rolled into one for less money than I was making with the same title and considerably less responsibility. I talked to one of my former teammates about it and we had a good laugh.
I share this not to be negative but to share the current reality. Three years ago, recruiter jobs were easy to come by. Today, our profession continues to shed headcount, and new opportunities are asking for more than ever before with less pay and zero company loyalty. In this market, we are expendable, but it will get better. Our industry has been through this before and will go through it again.
The people who stay resilient through this current lull and take the time to both upskill and network their a$$es off will be well positioned when the market rebounds, which it will. However, it is important to note that our roles will continue to evolve and that's nothing new either.
I think it depends. I am seeing a lot more roles posted for recruiters. Salary is still low on many of those postings. The ones that have a good range for senior recruiters still seem few and far between but slightly higher than last year.
I would think an early in career recruiter that would be happy with a lower salary might have more of a chance.
