Have 2 offers on the board that I am trying to decide between currently and would appreciate some opinions.

REMOTE
160k base, 85k equity/vested over 4 years
No year end bonus, no signing bonus
TC ~180k

StubHub:
NEW YORK
125k base, 500k equity/vested over 4 years
20k signing bonus, 10% year end bonus
TC ~270k

I am heavily leaning towards Spotify right now due to it being remote and because StubHub is not public so worried about the rsus decreasing in value. Thoughts?

I received an offer from a company I met at a career fair. The salary was less than my other two offers but the location was where I wanted to be. I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k
