At least in the US, strategy consulting at Accenture was very intense. You’ll have to drive client delivery and sales. There is no true quota for L7 but the expectation is your working on practice development and RFPs
Consulting is generally not where you go to improve your wirk-life balance, but maybe ExxonMobil is rough or Singapore has 996 work culture vs aussie 9-5.
It may be a difficult transition if you haven't done consulting before, as the standards and pace are pretty high. But if your main goal is to escape Singapore and its work culture, this sounds like a decent opportunity.
Be sure to think about difference in cost of living vs pay, including taxes.
Exxon to Accenture is not a work life balance move, trust me. I did the same move with the same companies. Work life balance in consulting/ Accenture is much much longer
