Can’t happen- the 2nd person gets a notification that the candidate’s resume is already in the system.
The first person to put you in the system will get the bonus. And that person is tied to you for 6 months. Once you’ve been referred you can go in and apply to whatever. It will still show you as a “referral”
You do realize that people have to know you and endorse the quality of your work before submitting a referral, right?
You clearly have. Lol.

If the first person officially referred you (as in you received an email inviting you to apply), no one else can refer you for 6 months I believe. That person “owns” you in the system
Have one refer you and other support that referral via email
Dear god. In any professional setting , if a candidate gets backing of two people internally vs one , it’s a good thing. Referral is a mechanism, a process. I’m talking about improving odds of getting an actual job. If you know two people, it improves your job. Recruiters don’t make hiring decisions.
Again , one last time : One can refer as per the process. Others can also support that. Forget about the process, referral bonus. It would be asinine to just have someone “refer” you and not leverage other connections you have.
It’s common sense. How is it this difficult to understand ? LOL
That's a recipe to make sure you don't get hired...
