Have any of you noticed that it takes long to get an offer letter after the final interview for positions where you need a visa sponsorship? As a US citizen applying for jobs in the EU, it seem that offer letters take 2+ weeks to be prepared after the final interview. Is that typical, or is it due to other issues surrounding the visa issue?

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! Does anyone have family members who constantly demand money because they feel like you’re rich now because you’re a lawyer?
