What’s the green card policy at PWC? I am currently a senior at EY and my h1b will max out in Sep 2023 and don’t have i140 yet. If I join PWC as a senior, how long do I need to wait until they can start the green card process and do I still have enough time lol?

Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
What happens if a PWD takes more than 12 months to get approved? Would we have to file a new PWD since the 9141 wage survey is only valid for 12 months? (Feels like a PWD that takes >12 months to adjudicate would break the world record though).

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues.
