Hi guys, I’ve a query so I’m already in discussion with Deloitte India and got a call from Deloitte USI. So if I would’ve to choose btw these two given the salary and designation offered is almost same. Which one should I prefer India or USI?
Can Deloitte folks guide me what are the pros and cons working with either entities. Thanks!

I have done this face to face with the manager I was comfortable with because I am a bit of a chicken lol. I explained everything I was doing for the company and pointed out I would make more money if I were to go work for a different organization. I think he saw that as a bit of a threat and gave me the raise…
I did mine face to face. Our organization was already going through salary adjustments but we were kept waiting for an inordinate amount of time. I told my manager, that I love what I do and who I work with but I have other companies offering double the salary for the same amount of work and have colleagues/friends with the same level of education (Masters Degree) that make more than I do.
They fast tracked my paperwork with HR within a month or so and I got a promotion and great raise! Of course, I had to provide supporting documentation to show why I deserved a promotion via a department checklist.
